Overview
The Summit Industry Health and Culturise partnership supports your organisation from all sides. Culturise is an accredited mental health first aid training provider, giving your team members the tools to better recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems in the workplace. Forming part of a strong foundation of a culture of wellbeing in the workplace, mental health first aiders are given the skills to appropriately handle conversations with colleagues that are experiencing mental health problems and also how to respond in a mental health crisis situation.
